Sabrina explored various types of yoga and discovered her love in the smooth flow of Vinyasa style. She decided to become a yoga instructor and enrolled in a teacher training program through New York City’s Sonic Yoga. Sabrina loves teaching and sharing with all the wonderful practice of yoga.
