Personalized Course of Study
Sabrina begins your private yoga experience with an assessment of how your body and mind feels. This interview is also an opportunity to express your goals and what you would like to achieve. Based on her assessment, Sabrina determines the right course of study for you including the poses that would benefit you!

A personalized Yoga session depends on communication and Sabrina will ask you questions to assess your needs. It is common for you to hear her ask how you are feeling so she can determine where the poses should go next, and to remind you to listen to your body and serve your needs.
In-home classes are available in the NYC metropolitan area.
